This template gives you a timed, ready-to-film script: who speaks, the real day-to-day of the job, what you concretely offer, then the call to action. You’ll also find a fully filled-in example (retail), two sector variations — restaurant and manufacturing — a filming checklist, and two essential precautions before publishing: image rights and non-discrimination.

How to use it

Download the template, fill in the four blocks, then hand the sheet to the person who will speak: they read it once, then improvise in their own words. One take is enough — you’re after credibility, not a TV production. Then publish the video directly on your posting, in the HR Portal.
